Flexible ‘check-in’? No problem!

Our check-in kiosk from Ariane offers you flexibility on arrival

In the Rubus Hotel, next to reception, which is serviced during the day, you will find the latest generation of the so-called self-check-in kiosk. This allows for our guests to check-in around the clock. If the hotel is fully booked, your room may not be available before 2.00 pm. Please contact us if you plan to arrive early.

For a smooth check-in at the kiosk, please be aware of the following:

• A personal document (passport or ID) is mandatory
• Payment for your room is due on arrival by credit, debit card or PostFinance Card. Exceptions: Advance payment by credit card or bank transfer
• Your payment is debited once a key card has successfully been issued (no key card = payment unsuccessful)
